RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after you receive the item to request its return.
To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unopened and unused, in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at info.serefashion@gmail.com to get the form to fill out and complete the process.
If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. The cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

As already written in the "Shipping and Payments" section, before signing for the receipt of your package please check if the package has been damaged. If it was, we recommend that you write DAMAGED next to your signature or RESERVE TO CHECK if the contents have also been damaged. Inform us immediately so that we can have the package picked up and then send a new one. We cannot accept such claims if you do not write anything next to your signature while receiving the package.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted, opened, used or customer-damaged items.

EUROPEAN UNION COOLING-OFF PERIOD 14 DAYS

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

REFUND

Once we receive and check the return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be made automatically using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
